By accessing this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use and do not submit enrollment requests.

2. Educational purpose

Logicdata Lab provides informational and educational content about custody record-keeping. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also Not Financial Advice.

3. Accounts and communications

When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate details and to refrain from submitting unlawful, abusive, or confidential third-party data without authorization.

4. Intellectual property

Course text, templates, branding, and site design are owned by Logicdata Lab or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal learning as licensed at enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or scrape content for competing products without written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith research disclosed to us, or use our materials to facilitate fraud or unauthorized access to systems.

6. No payments on this site

Displayed prices are informational. Checkout is not offered here. Separate enrollment agreements may apply when you purchase access offline or through approved channels.

7. Disclaimers

Content is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that examples will fit every operational environment. You remain responsible for your organization’s controls and compliance obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logicdata Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Logicdata Lab against claims arising from your misuse of materials, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
